Nava De Massage on West Gray offers traditional Thai and combination bodywork in a spa setting with a particular emphasis on massage. Deep tissue, hot stone, couples appointments, and body scrubs add choices for guests who want either targeted work or a longer treatment.
Customer comments describe a relaxing atmosphere, welcoming staff, and therapists who check comfort during the session. That communication matters when choosing between stretching, firmer pressure, and more restful bodywork. Let the team know which approach you prefer and whether you'd like attention on particular areas. For a shared visit, confirm the available couples treatments and session lengths when making the reservation.
