My Spa Joy on West Alabama combines a Montrose neighborhood setting with massage, facials, scrubs, and packages for longer visits. Its massage choices include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and couples sessions, while skincare options extend to HydraFacial, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
The packages are useful if you want to pair bodywork with a facial or plan time together without arranging separate appointments across town. Customer comments highlight welcoming staff, careful facial work, and good value. Treatment intake includes discussion of pressure preferences and skin history, giving you a chance to explain what you're hoping for. Book ahead for a particular therapist, a couples visit, or several services in sequence.
